Dr. Sarro completed his residency at The Palmer University Clinics in 1999. Palmer University is the first chiropractic school founded in the world. It was founded by the discoverer of Chiropractic, Dr. Daniel David Palmer. The school has grown to have locations in Iowa, California, and Florida. Dr. Sarro has both a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer University.
